Finalmente foram liberados os indicados para o Emmy2010, este ano Glee e Modern Family lideram o número de indicações, 21 cada, a surpresa foi Lost indicada como Melhor série Dramática e Mathew Fox como melhor ator. Hugh Laurie e Tony Shalhou continuam aparecendo como melhor ator e infelizmente True Blood só ganhou uma indicação de Melhor Série Dramática.
O show vai ao ar no dia 29 de agosto e este ano o apresentador será o comediante Jimmy Fallon.
